Our lessons are authentic Muay Thai training and follow the same format as training in Thailand, MMA striking or K1 kickboxing gyms throughout the world. Sessions consist of warm up, stretching, shadow boxing, pad work, technique work with partner, sparring/clinching for advanced students, circuit training and warm down. Wear shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. Pads and gloves are provided.
