Our lessons take the traditional Muay Thai training approach as found in the pro gyms of Thailand or MMA striking & K1 kickboxing gyms throughout the world. Sessions consist of warm up, stretching, shadow boxing, pad work, technique work with partner, sparring/clinching for advanced students, circuit training and warm down. Wear shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. Pads and gloves are provided.
