MUSWELL HILL KICKBOXING
Come and learn Muay Thai Kickboxing, one of the simplest and most effective martial arts, in a fun and friendly environment. Every session is a great workout and ideal for self defence. Improves overall strength, athleticism, cardio fitness, balance, coordination and spatial awareness. All ages (6 yrs+) and abilities welcome.

No classes first or last week of term or in school holidays.
Typical sessions consist of warm up, stretching, shadow boxing, pad/bag work, technique work with partner, circuit training and warm down. Sparring is for intermediate and advanced students only. Wear shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. Training is barefoot unless shoes are medically required. Pads and gloves are provided although best to buy your own gloves and wraps for hygiene reasons. Gumshield, groin guard and shin pads will also be required in time.
