INTRODUCTION
Muay Thai kickboxing is a devastating striking martial art and combat sport.
Regular training builds fighting skills essential for life, self defence or competition.

Helps people of all ages gain confidence, be more resilient and develop discipline.
Located close to Alexandra Palace, North London, our classes are mixed age & ability from age 13 upwards.
Beginners are welcome.
All equipment is provided. Coaches are fully insured and DBS checked.

Summer 2026 classes are every Wednesday & Saturday from 15/04/26 to 11/07/26. (No classes on 27th or 30th May)

INFORMATION
Equipment is provided however purchasing your own gloves, hand wraps, shin pads, gum shield & groin guard is best for training going forward.
Sessions consist of warm up, stretching, shadow boxing, pad work, technique work with partner, sparring/clinching for advanced students, circuit training and warm down.
